John Minervini joined Cushman & Wakefield of California in 1985. With four decades of experience, he has represented major corporations across the United States, South America, EMEA, and Asia. Locally, his focus has been the Greater Los Angeles Basin, where he has advised landlords, tenants, and developers on office and industrial assets.
John and his team currently manage corporate real estate accounts for Eurofins, Air Products, Jitsu, Wurth, Red Bull, and WorldPac. Their global track record includes sale, lease, and investment transactions across 57 countries and 48 U.S. states.
Recent highlights include negotiating a 137,000 SF manufacturing facility for ResMed in Agoura, California, and a 250,000 SF vitamin manufacturing plant for Pharmavite in Columbus, Ohio.
